Network
The
RCN snubber network is suitable for snubbing high-frequency
switching transients in switch-mode power supplies. The film-foil
capacitors have externally mounted resistors for making a
direct connection to ultrafast rectifiers in MD3CC packages.
The direct mounting aligns the three terminals with the rectifier
package. The network is constructed with two serially connected
RC legs and a common center-tap terminal. The network comes

Tester
When
coupled with a dedicated test enclosure, an integrated mains
cord tester can perform a complete series of electrical safety
tests automatically and with a cycle period of 3 seconds.
The tests include earth continuity, line and neutral continuity/polarity,
and insulation between cores and outer surfaces of plug tops
